Stacey Moran

Stacey has taught writing and critical theory for the Comparative History of Ideas Program at the University of Washington since 2006. Located at the intersections of feminism, literary theory, Classical mythology, poetry, and Continental philosophy, her research develops a materialist approach to feminist poetics. Stacey is also involved in material-feminist communities in the US and Europe, and draws heavily on this work in her own creative practice. Stacey has also been working in the fashion industry for over a decade, and is developing a project that ties together fashion, design, and techno-feminism.
