Sarah Magnan

Sarah Magnan is graphic designer who started to experiment at ERG (Brussels) the possible links between graphic design and new media art. From links to links she gets curious and interested by collaborative work and hybrid publishing. Since 2012 she has gone on to develop this practice within the collectif Open Source Publishing and questions our relationship with tools and the political aspect of graphic design. In 2015 she started collectively the cyber feminist group Just For The Record where they adress the intersections between gender and the way history gets written, spoken, drawn, shouted… The same year Sarah co founded the cooperative and independent magazine Médor. In 2019 she gets introduced to the science of futuring through the project "Futurology of Collaboration" gathering performers, visual artists and designers.
