Yearly gathering on food, plants and people in Galerija Makina in Pula, Croatia organised by Paola Orlic. FoAM (Maja Kuzmanovic) introduces the theme of the evening over skype: tradition and innovation in contemporary food and cooking. The gathering includes presentations by Darko Dragas on intuitive cooking from an anthropological point of view, Doris Cerin on the relationship between food and our five senses, Goran Zgrablic on taste and sound and Moris Civitico on innovation in traditional Istrian cuisine.
