Biomodd as a Paradox

Biomodd is a collaborative art project in which an ecosystem of different organisms coexists with a networked computer system. The Challenge is to bring biological life as physically close to electronics as possible, and create functional hybridity. The ecosystem can vary in complexity, and can contain higher plants, microscopic algae, fish, etc. It is crucial that the electronics and ecosystem are 'communicating' with each other, and have some form of symbiotic relationship. These ides are the only fixed parameters of the project. Otherwise, each Biomodd version has its own unique character.
