Patabotanical Tarot sketches

Design of the patabotanical Tarot deck continues. In early May, Theun Karelse, Nik Gaffney and Maja Kuzmanovic came together for a multi-day design session. We discussed the general style and worked on the stories, characters and collages for a few cards – just to get our toes in the water and see how to proceed. Theun is experimenting with different illustration techniques, Maja working on colour schemes and Nik on abstract image manipulations. It's going slowly but surely.
